Refund policy

At Giga Store, we carefully inspect and pack every order before it ships. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds. If something isn't right, we're happy to make it right through an exchange under the terms below.

Exchange Eligibility — We accept exchange requests only for items that are damaged/defective on arrival, or an incorrect item, size, or color sent by us. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at mygigastorepk@gmail.com or +92 311 4303600, with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange — 1) Email or WhatsApp/call +92 311 4303600 with your order number and photos/video. 2) Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back. 3) We'll dispatch your replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

Not Eligible — Change-of-mind, an incorrect size chosen by the customer where the size chart was available, or issues reported after 3 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations — Free any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the exchange terms above apply.
